At GM Cleaning Solutions, we strive to provide consistent, reliable, and high-quality cleaning services. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding deposits, cancellations, and refunds. By booking our services, you agree to the terms below.


1. Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Deposits may only be transferred to another appointment date if the rescheduling request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, deposits will be forfeited.

2. Cancellation Fees

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the service total will be charged to the card on file.
  • Cleaner arrives and client is unavailable (not home, not granting access, or otherwise busy): 75% of the service total will be charged to the card on file.

3. Refunds for Completed Services

  • We do not issue refunds for completed cleaning services unless the quality of service provided falls below our standards.
  • In such cases, it is at the sole discretion of the manager/owner to determine if a partial or full refund is appropriate.
  • To qualify for consideration, the client must notify us of the issue within 12 hours of the service being completed.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Client dissatisfaction based on personal preference (e.g., different cleaning style expectation).
  • Additional services requested that were not included in the original booking.
  • Failure to disclose important property details (e.g., heavy buildup, hazardous conditions, unique building material) that impact service results.

5. Our Commitment

Our goal is to ensure every client is satisfied with their cleaning experience. While refunds are limited, we will work with you to address any concerns, which may include offering a complimentary touch-up or discount on a future booking when appropriate.
