At GM Cleaning Solutions, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy. By booking our cleaning services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Notice Requirement

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of cleaning services.
  • Notice must be provided by text message or email to ensure proper documentation.

2. Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the service.
  • If our team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to gain entry or access to the property, the appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation and will concur a fee of 75% of the cost of the service.

3. Rescheduling Services

  • Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance will be accommodated at no additional charge, based on our availability.
  • Repeated rescheduling (more than 2 times in a row) may require prepayment or a deposit for future bookings.

4. Emergency Cancellations

  • We understand emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable situation (such as illness, family emergency, or severe weather), please notify us as soon as possible.
  • At our discretion, cancellation fees may be waived for emergencies.

5. Business-Initiated Cancellations

  • In rare cases where GM Cleaning Solutions must cancel or reschedule (e.g., staff illness, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances), clients will be notified as soon as possible.
  • No cancellation fees will be charged in these cases, and services will be rescheduled promptly at the client’s convenience.

6. Repeated Cancellations

  • Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule with short notice may be required to pay in advance for future services or may be removed from our regular service schedule.

7. Refund Policy

  • Deposits and prepayments are nonrefundable. If a cancellation notice is given at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit or prepayment will transfer to cover deposit of the new scheduled date.
  • Payments for services cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
